Video-Four Walls

This is my first attempt at a music video. 

I wrote this song while staying at an ex's house for a month.  There was an old window pane for decorations hanging behind the door, so the song is about that window (sorta).

I wrote this song about the end of a relationship when the person was there packing their Toyota with just about everything, hardly saying a word while doing it. It was painful, but made for a great song. The silver lining in all dark clouds!

I wrote this about someone I was dating, whom seemed to date no one for any length of time.  In order to be the one, you needed to pull Excalibur from the Rock!  It made for good writing material.

I spent a month of my life staying with an ex in-between apartments.  We slept in the same bed which would have been ok,  if both of us were over the relationship. One of us wasn't over it, even after a year, and that "one of us"  was me.  I suspected they might feel the same about it, but said nothing, and I was wrong anyway. Out of those nights came this song. I wrote it in a matter of minutes.

It was recorded at Room 29 Recording in Westerly Rhode Island in 1998 with my friend Amy Tuthill. She has a great voice on the back up vocals and did some awesome guitar work on this one.
